Job Duties: - Forecast demand of daily necessaries, office supply and grocery and seasonal teaching/learning material for the day care and ABA center.

Purchasing teaching/learning materials, office supplies and leverage both current and new supplier relationships to drive cost reductions, negotiate long-term agreement, and form strategic partnerships that enhance the supplier portfolio to provide positive financial impacts and increased stability.

Manage optimal inventory levels for office supply, teaching/learning material while having enough safety stock.

Analyze demand forecasting/purchasing/inventory data and build an optimal module of the whole supply chain process

BUDGET ANALYST

Job Title: Budget Analyst

Job Duties: * Develop high-quality Excel based financial models and other ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision making such as sensitivity/scenario analysis, resource requirement modeling and cost controls with limited oversight.

* Design and implement a data-driven reporting process detailing positioning, operational efficiency, and cash flow to improve inter-department communication among finance, marketing, and management.

* Supervise budget of the company and two divisions by reviewing previous budget, amendment, and approving budget amendment requests, making recommendations to shareholders, and initiating required actions.

* Formulate statistical and trend analysis for future revenue and expenditure by performing by analysis on historical data and current economic conditions.

* Provide advice and counsel to all staff levels to assist them in understanding financial reports, data, and software, as well as finance system training on financial matters to facilitate the resolution of problems and the development of coordinated policies.

* Participate in making recommendations to upgrade financial reporting and budgetary finance systems and to audit operating procedures.

Requirements: A Master’s Degree in Finance and 1 year experience in the job offered or as Accounts Manager.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Software developer

Develop, create, test, implement, maintain, and provide support of company software and mobile based applications for registered daycare users. Analyze and design databases for user data, update user stories with estimates, elapsed time, and implementation details. Build highly responsive applications that align with business needs. Work in teams with other developers, designers, project managers, and testers to deliver quality software and mobile applications on demand. Familiar with relational database concepts (SQL), HTTP basics, objective-oriented programming, Cloud Computing, programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, and GO

 

Req'd: Bachelor’s degree in Comp. Science, Comp. Eng’r, or related.

SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ENGINEER

Responsibilities
 

  •  Support the daily business operations regarding data analytics, systems setup, and business process development

  •  Work with business stakeholders to define and clearly communicate their needs to technical teams, product architects, and program managers

  •  Drive implementation and integration of internal systems and applications to improve business intelligence processes and streamline access to information and data normalization through lean and continuous improvement methodologies

  •  Build out the Procurement’s data infrastructure in the data warehouse and automate manual data collection and manipulation

  •  Oversee Procurement’s master data management strategy across various business systems to improve data integrity and strengthen data fidelity

  •  Create and own reporting tools using BI solutions and monitor KPIs to drive corrective action and maintain high-performance

 

Qualifications
 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, and Supply Chain experience preferred

  •  5+ years’ experience in business analytics within a strong startup-type, flexible method of operation, fast-paced environment

  •  3+ years’ experience working with enterprise data solutions and technologies, database architectures, BI & RPA strategies, application development & and maintenance, and system integrations

  •  3+ years using business programming languages and scripts such as SQL, Python, R, Matplotlib, VBA, JavaScript, etc. to provide complex business solutions and tool development

  •  Expert in Tableau Desktop to design and develop world-class visualizations that provide meaningful insights and predictive analysis

  •  Ability to own and execute projects from inception to release which includes issue specification, requirement definition, facilitating development progress, pre/post-release testing, risk mitigation, root cause analysis

  •  Fluency to translate business needs to technical specifications and vice versa with a holistic view of end-to-end process

  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with structured problem-solving capabilities

  •  Aptitude for critical thinking, multitasking, and self-starting

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
